The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained WSP Canada Inc. (WSP) to undertake the Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for various improvements to the Highway 401 Eastbound Express Lanes from Avenue Rd. to Warden Ave. in the City of Toronto (“the Project”).
